Description

We just got Clancy from the Jefferson City pound...it had rained hard and Clancy who had been "fixed" and had more sutures in his leg, came in with so much mud you couldn't see what color he is...so he was showered...a new experience for us both.  He was cold and shaking and I wrapped him in a big towel...he went to sleep and as I laid him down he woke long enough to show the camera this woebegone look expressing his "mistreatment".  The place we got him was so clean and the ladies taking care of were so good and handling the pets and us.  There was no smell, all were cared for.  The volunteers seemed to enjoy their jobs.  We still have a lot to learn about our new pet, but we are doing well, thanks to all who helped us.
