  • it looks AWSOME i wish i had that in my photo/ scrapbook so i can look at it this is the best picture in the world!!!! i think what causes this to happen is when the sun and the moon reflect it gives it a halo around the moon instead if the sun!!!???

  • It is sure sign of rain or moisture it just the moon shining up atmosphere clouds.
